Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Coachella will hold a Study Session on July 21, 2014, commencing at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, in the Upstairs Conference Room at the Coachella Corporate Yard located at 53-462 Enterprise Way, Coachella, California.

 Said study session shall be for the purpose of discussing the following:
