Any member of the public has the opportunity to address the City Council on any item of interest that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Council.

The steps for bringing an issue before the City Council are simple. We encourage you to refer to the steps below and the information we have provided regarding rules of conduct.

When you arrive, be sure to ask for a "Speaker Card". Fill this out with your name, contact information and the subject about which you would like to speak.

Plan your comments to last no more than 3 minutes.
