CARE Program       

This program provides a 20 percent rate discount on monthly gas bills and a $15 discount on the Service Establishment Charge.

Energy Savings Program     

Those who qualify for this program will receive the following energy-efficient home improvements at no cost:

• Door weather-stripping and caulking
• Attic insulation
• Low-flow showerheads
• Furnace replacement (owner occupied residences only)
• Other minor home repairs
