Report non-emergency problems to the City of Coachella from your smartphone or computer thanks to our partnership with SeeClickFix.

See something; say something. This applies to fix it requests around the City. See a broken streetlight or some graffiti, report it through our new Coachella Connect App to alert the City of non-emergency problems.

Requests are processed during our regular operating hours (Monday-Thursday 7AM-6PM). If a request is submitted during non-business hours, it will be processed the next business day. Please note: this system is for NON-EMERGENCIES only. If there is an emergency that requires immediate attention or police response, please call 9-1-1. 

COMPUTER:

Use the form below to make your service request: 

  1. Select the REPORT tab
  2. Drag the map marker to the location of the issue, or type in the address
  3. Select a service request CATEGORY from the dropdown menu
  4. Enter a TITLE (required), additional DESCRIPTION (optional), attach image (optional)
  5. Click SUBMIT
