No racism, sexism or abusive language that is degrading to another person or group.

BE POSITIVE, CONCISE AND DIRECT
Explain the issue and tell the Council what you would like to be done 

You will have three (3) minutes to address the City Council on any item of importance to the community. Please address the Mayor and City Council and not the audience. The City Council can take no action on your request tonight. The Council Members may direct that your item be placed on a subsequent Agenda for a full discussion and possible formal action.
