The Code Enforcement Division works with community members, property owners, and business owners, to enforce and investigate violations of city ordinances regulating public health, safety, and welfare, public works, business activities and consumer protection, building standards, land-use, or municipal affairs.

What We Do

Code Enforcement Division

We enforce the Municipal Code by responding to customer request regarding public nuisances, abandoned vehicles, vacant property registrations, and requests for new business licenses. We enforce the noise ordinance and ice cream vendor regulations.
