The links below are to a document that maintains a list of all active development projects in the City of Coachella. You may download the latest year-end report.   

The reports are updated on a quarterly basis, and include all projects involving a general plan amendment, change of zone, subdivision map, specific plan, architectural review, conditional use permit, variance, or similar entitlement 

Once all phases of construction of the project are complete, or if the project expires, it is removed from the list.
